Refund Policy

100% Satisfaction

If you are not 100% satsified with your kit you will receive a full refund providing you notify us within 24 hours of your download, and you delete the kit from your system.

Kit Policy

Once you download your kit we guarantee that you have all the information you need to make your gathering successful. Should you not understand any directions we will help you through via e-mail and/or phone. Although we endeavor to make our kits as error free as possible, we make no guarantees to that effect.

Downloading Policy

We recommend that after you download a kit that you save it to your hard disk.

We do not take responsibility for technical problems with downloading and printing the kit(s) which you experience which are not caused by us (eg software conflicts). However, we are happy to offer advice to try and guide you through these problems.
